E-Guardian Vietnam Co., Ltd., established in July 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, is a subsidiary of E-Guardian Inc. The company boasts local Vietnamese bilingual personnel and specializes in providing customer support services in Japanese. As a new addition to the E-Guardian Group, E-Guardian Vietnam contributes to both quality and affordability.

E-Guardian Inc., founded in Japan in 1998, is a comprehensive internet security company offering solutions such as Post Monitoring, Customer Support, Debugging, and Cybersecurity, primarily serving the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) industry for numerous Japanese clients. Our extensive outsourced services include website monitoring, net patrol, image filtering, internet advertisement management, and non-voice customer assistance for game support services and online community management. We are committed to delivering top-notch customer support to both our clients and consumers.

As we expand our network across Asia and beyond, E-Guardian aims to establish a global presence while maintaining our commitment to quality and delivering unparalleled service experiences.

MR.KAZUMI OKUYAMA

OKUYAMA KAZUMI

General Director

Mr. Okuyama Kazumi has been the General Director of E-Guardian Philippines and has served as General Director of E-Guardian Vietnam since 2022, after joining E-Guardian Inc. in 2011. He has over 10 years of customer service operations experience. His responsibilities include managing business start-ups, daily operations, growth strategies, corporate decisions, and serving as the main communication link between the Japan headquarters and the branches in Vietnam and the Philippines.

Hoang Vu Tu Diem

GA/HR Manager

Mrs. Diem has over 10 years of experience as a GA and HR Manager, with expertise in various fields including IT, communication, and support roles. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Language and Information Technology, with a focus on Office Administration, and is proficient in Japanese and English. Since joining E-Guardian Vietnam in 2021, she has been responsible for human resources, general affairs, accounting, and IT support.

Le Thanh Hieu

Operation Manager

Mr. Hieu studied in Japan for 12 years and earned a degree in Applied Chemistry from Yamaguchi University. He began his career in food research and development, then spent three years at E-Guardian Inc. before moving to E-Guardian Vietnam Co., Ltd. Fluent in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese, he has extensive experience managing large teams for digital content moderation and serves as Operations Manager in Customer Service BPO. Additionally, he is a recognized content creator known for his miniature cooking videos.

Tran Van Hoan

Operation Team Sub-Leader

Graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and pursued further studies at Japan University of Economics for six years. He is proficient in Japanese and joined E-Guardian Vietnam in July 2022, where he advanced to the position of operations team sub-leader within a year. Currently, he is responsible for managing the Customer Support team and ensuring the quality and efficiency of its operations.

Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc

Operation Team Sub-Leader

She is from a high-land & flowers city, graduated from Ho Chi Minh Open University major in Japanese translation and interpretation. She joined E-Guardian Vietnam since April 2022 with a starting point of Japanese only N3, however just after 3 months, she passed JLPT exam (N2) and became Operation team sub-leader spectacularly. With her effort and rapid progress, she will go far in the future.
