☑️ Japanese level N1, with the ability to write quickly, accurately and professionally.
☑️ Communicate fluently with Japanese customers, handle business situations flexibly.
☑️ Being able to use English is an advantage.
☑️ Have experience in team management, including assigning work, evaluating performance and training staff.
Japanese Web Support & Post Monitoring N2 (Afternoon_shift, Night_shift)
☑️ Has at least completed 2nd year college education, in any field of study.
☑️ Good Japanese skill in writing, reading (equivalent to N2 level)
☑️ Prior relevant work experience is not required (newly graduate students are encouraged to apply).
☑️ Able to work on flexible shift hours.
